Considered as the most essential dietary food in every home, and by far it is a ritual for many to start the day combined in a hot beverage. With the growing western influence on our eating habits and the advent of cereals on to the breakfast table in most urban household it has also become an essential part of our breakfast.

When we received the brief, we were of the opinion that it would be smooth and easy. As we dwelled deeper into the product and how consumers approach the product, we came to terms about the facts that were being overlooked or taken for granted. Read more…

HARRY&LOUIT took on the opportunity to work with KMF’s Nandini, a leading dairy brand. Initially expecting a smooth project, a deeper exploration uncovered overlooked aspects in consumers’ milk-buying behavior. Issues included a lack of recall and the perception that all milk brands offer similar quality. Recognizing the need for a refreshed brand image to appeal to a new audience and combat emerging competitors, HARRY&LOUIT proposed “MY MILK,” featuring heroes from lesser-known sports. Despite initial positive responses, the project faced challenges, highlighting that conventional wisdom can hinder innovative ideas.
