When we got a call to take up political campaign for a candidate of a national party, our reaction was mixed. We were both excited and scared because it was unchartered waters and secondly the whole idea to explore something new got us ticking; it was the Assembly Elections 2018.

Personal branding leans heavily on public relations, but when it comes to working towards building up a political campaign and staying the course that the client (candidate) and his party mandates with constantly changing scenario on a daily basis could mean walking on a tight rope.

HARRY&LOUIT faced the challenge of a political campaign in the 2018 Assembly Elections, navigating uncharted political waters for incumbent candidate Vinay Kumar Sorake seeking a second term. Despite tough competition and Prime Minister visits, a tele survey highlighted the populace’s pride in regional development. The campaign focused on communicating various projects, their impact, and their role in elevating the region’s status. While the election results fell short of expectations, Sorake maintained popularity, securing over 10,000 more votes than his previous victory.
